Our Story:

Big Wave Window was founded by Jack Thompson in the Winter of 2018. Jack was a sophomore at Cal State Fullerton when he had the idea of starting a business to gain some real world, business experience. He came across window cleaning on the internet and after some quick research decided that this could be something he could do. After a couple of jobs that Winter, word slowly started to go around about Big Wave Window, and we quickly became the top rated window cleaning company in Los Angeles (on Google). 

While now commuting to school, Big Wave Window became a full time job and it was now time to hire employees. Our difference from the beginning has been our diligent customer service, use of technology, and most importantly, our AMAZING staff. We have become obsessed with bringing on the right people to fit our team because we believe people are our most valuable assets. Our growth would not be possible without our fantastic field employees and admin staff.

Where We're Going:

We love moving forward and we love growing. While it hasn't always been easy, our sights are set on continuing to build our presence in the South West area. We actively feel that we have an amazing opportunity to become a recognizable brand in the area and we continue to push that with our marketing efforts. Ultimately, our goal is to build a foundation where we can attract the best people to help us build cool things for our customers. Window cleaning may have been our start, but it is not where we'll end.
