Hello and welcome to getting to know us. My name is Jp Wilson and I along with my wife own Patriot Construction. We started right before Covid after leaving our Firefighter/Paramedic careers. We served in the public sector for 20 years and decided we wanted to work for ourselves and give others the chance to work in a team like never before.  We knew setting out to make a place to work different then any other place we had ever worked was going to be a challenge, but we were up for it. We kinda threw the rule book out and decided it was our company and we were in control of the culture and the things poured into the people who trust us. So here we are 5 years later and having a blast. 

We sale roof, gutters, siding, and windows....How can you make a company like that different and fun and a place that people want to be and feel like they are part of a team. We did that by finding all the things we were missing in our public service jobs and the thigs our friends were missing in their corporate jobs. We took all those missing parts and added them to our culture, the cool thing is that we took all the good stuff from those jobs and added that as well. For years our family has served in ministry and absolutely love serving God through our company our interactions with customers, vendors, and our co workers. This attitude to serve God in everything we do has allowed us to serve our employees and to give back to them. Offering bonuses, education, fun filled night outs, and an amazing work space they feel validated in. 

As we continue to grow we know and understand the value of culture and keeping it healthy so we move in every decision to protect that culture and keep a work force that moves in the same direction.
