The Radisson Suite Hotel Oceanfront is looking for a Renovation Manager with strong Leadership, Communication and Organizational skills to manage ongoing renovations at the hotel. The Renovation Manager will be the direct line of communication between the current renovation leader direct to the hotel owner in providing daily progress updates and tracking costs/purchases. Clear communication and organization is a must. Knowledge of Renovations and the ability to also perform duties are essential.

Renovation Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicating the goals and daily tasks with the hotel owner
• Calculating the overall time and cost of each job, including labor and materials costs
• Assuring that projects are completed within their budgetary restrictions and on time
• Having various members of their team take on distinct roles
• Supervising employee's and ensuring they clock-in/clock-out when leaving the premises
• Preforming Renovation/General Labor Duties 
• Conducts guest room and common area inspection to ensure guest satisfaction
• Recommends or arranges for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment
• Overseeing scheduling of team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Renovation Manager Requirements

• An in-depth grasp of General Labor Duties including: electrical, tile, painting and finishing work.
• The capacity to maintain a professional demeanor with techs, staff, guests and upper management
