The Executive Administrative Assistant will report directly to the hotel owner, serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications on all matters amongst the Executive Team and inter-departmental management. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Administrative must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. Expert organizational skills, ability to follow detailed instructions and a keen eye for detail a must.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Business/Administrative Management, Communications or Secretarial Science or related knowledge and training gained through vocational courses preferred.
Experience in similar work environment supporting and reporting to a Senior Executive/Owner with a professional demeanor.
Expert-level computer skills, creating and maintaining databases, proficient computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and adaptive skills to expand software application skills as necessary.
Thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures. Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Impeccable communications skills in correspondence, customer service, written and verbal communication, and proofreading.
Strong interpersonal skills: listening, problem-solving, following detailed instructions, good attitude, strong work ethic
