The Radisson Suite Hotel Oceanfront is looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager who can provide leadership support to our BOH and FOH staff and work alongside of our Food and Beverage Manager. Prior experience with both BOH and FOH required, manager experience preferred. Duties will include ordering, creating schedules and maintaining high service standards for all food and beverage items presented to hotel guests.

Prior relevant experience managing staff in a restaurant setting
Positive and professional attitude
Hotel experience (preferred but not required)
Good communication skills with management and staff
Food and Beverage knowledge
Willingness to help and work with the guests' best interest in mind
Flexible schedule to provide coverage while Food and Beverage Manager is not working
Must be available weekends and nights as needed
