- Close Deals with Confidence: Follow our proven sales process to efficiently close 40-50% of the estimates, turning potential leads into satisfied clients.
- Expand Business Opportunities: Attend networking events to develop new business opportunities and grow our client base.
- Deliver Accurate Estimates: Create detailed estimates and proposals using PaintScout, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all customer interactions.
- Manage Client Relationships: Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize administrative tracking tools and software (CompanyCam, Monday.com, PaintScout, Pipedrive, QuickBooks) to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
