The responsibilities of the production assistant include:Deliverables/Responsibilities
- Meet customers to review their project and power wash the house to prepare it for painting
- Place marketing materials (signs, flyers) and speak to neighbors near where we are painting to bring in new potential painting projects
- Ensure houses are properly washed and materials are ordered/delivered prior to paint crews arrive to the house
- Conduct kick off meetings with the customer and paint crew to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Visit multiple job sites daily to inspect quality, report progress to the management team and document the progress
- Ensure our painters are wearing company shirts, there is a sign in the yard and job sites are organized and professional looking
- Document the entire painting process before, during and after (photos, videos) for marketing and managerial purpose
- Walk around the house at the end of the project with the customer and paint crew to ensure end product has been delivered as promised and the customer is happy.
- Earn google reviews and customer testimonials after a job well done
- Collect final payment when the project is complete
Qualifications
- A driver's licenses and a vehicle.
- You must be able to carry a step ladder and a power washer.
- Fast and efficient use of computers and technology
- Previous experience in construction management or estimating (preferred but not required)
- Painting industry knowledge (preferred but not required)
- Strong project management, analysis and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communicationStrong leadership qualities and ability to problem solving
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) (strongly preferred but not required)Job Type: Full-time
