We currently have a hygiene team of 5 long-term hygienists, and four per diem hygienists who fill in so our team members can use their well-deserved PTO.

Our practice has grown exponentially in the last two years and we need to add more team members.

However, we won’t hire just anyone. We are selective in our process. The most important thing to us is that our team members are a good culture fit. We don’t do drama in our practice. We have an amazingly great team who truly enjoy working together and build each other up every day.

We are looking for:

25 - 30 hours  per week 

You :

• Can talk about treatment before the dentist arrives

• Know perio and love SRPs!

• Are a team player

• Build relationships with patients and love what you do

• Love a fun, fast-paced environment. We do 60 minute prophies, 90 minute SRPs, but our office is busy! We laugh a ton and don’t take ourselves too seriously!

• Are a good communicator! We believe in great communication!
