As we continue to expand, we're seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event and Canvassing Coordinator to lead our outreach and local engagement efforts.

Position Overview:The Event and Canvassing Coordinator will play a key role in organizing community events, staffing local expos, and overseeing neighborhood canvassing efforts. This role requires strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate a team to represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute EAS Roofing’s participation in community events, home shows, and trade expos

• Recruit, train, and schedule canvassers and event staff

• Plan canvassing routes and ensure teams are equipped with proper materials and talking points

• Track and report on lead generation from events and canvassing activities

• Maintain an organized calendar of upcoming events and outreach opportunities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all outreach materials are on-brand and effective

• Represent EAS Roofing at events and in the field, acting as a knowledgeable and friendly face of the company

• Ensure proper setup, breakdown, and overall success of each event

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, canvassing, or field marketing (not required)

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events

• Leadership or team coordination experience is a plus
