Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to lead and develop our canvassing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the canvassing department, including recruiting, training, and supervising canvassers. This role is crucial to our customer acquisition strategy and requires a dynamic individual who can drive results and inspire a team. Initially, the Canvassing Manager will also be required to actively canvass neighborhoods to generate leads and demonstrate best practices while building their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
• Actively participate in canvassing efforts to generate leads, particularly during the team-building phase.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers, ensuring high performance and morale.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the canvassing team and monitor their progress.
• Conduct regular team meetings to provide training, support, and feedback.
• Track and analyze canvassing data to optimize performance and improve results.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align canvassing efforts with overall company objectives.
• Handle any customer inquiries or concerns that arise during canvassing activities.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.

• Proven experience in a canvassing or sales management role, preferably in the roofing or home improvement industry.
