DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking a highly motivated full-time Entry Level Customer Service Representative who can provide Great customer service experience in our Coatesville, PA office.

Primary Job Functions: 

• Answer general incoming calls, texts, and emails 
• Schedule customer appointments 
• Call customers to confirm appointments
• Provide support to the Office Manager and other supervisors as needed 
• Handle filing system to ensure effective, accurate, and easily retrievable documentation 

Office Support Specialist Qualifications:

• No office experience necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a Plus
• Strong Organizational and typing skills
• Must be able to multi-task proficiently 
• Strong interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with team members 
• Must have the highest integrity, including the ability to treat confidential information appropriately
