Zook's Look, Inc. Premiere Painting Company is looking to expand our business and add a new residential painter to our growing company. We are looking for hard-working, humble and happy-to-learn individuals who want more for themselves. If you enjoy painting, being part of a team, are dependable, and can provide excellent customer service, we can give you an opportunity to start a new career path as a painter. We offer consistent work, a normal 8-4:30 M-F work week, and a great group of co-workers.   Reliable transportation and a current valid driver's license is required to be a painter with Zook's.

To be a successful painter, a candidate must be dependable, willing to learn, and professional. We work with people in their homes; our painters must provide a safe, and courteous presence with an emphasis on customer service. To be a painter with Zook's, you must be able to work in seasonal weather and physically handle the demand required for this position. Additionally, you must have an eye for detail and the ability to paint with precision.

Requirements of a Painter:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable daily transportation
• Must be able to lift 5 gallon buckets of paint, and safely move ladders and equipment
• Must be able to climb a ladder and scaffolding
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to hold a paintbrush or roller for several hours
• No fear of heights
• Painting experience is a plus, but not a requirement

Duties of a Painter:

• Taping and masking (protecting non-painted areas)
• Caulking and puttying
• Sanding
• Cleaning
• Brush painting and rolling
• Other duties as assigned
