The manager in training will shadow and train with a Corporate Leader for a specified period of time in various locations. This position will assist in customer service and sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis within our retail division. This position will be trained in and with large tech brands and products. This role will assist with presentations, events, sales transactions, and in creating a top-notch customer experience.
This position will eventually train in and shadow the management team in leadership, coaching, mentorship, and management of new team members. This position will be trained in professional communication techniques with client partners and retail partners. They will be trained in de-escalation, troubleshooting, staffing forecasting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalency
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a retail environment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to communicate clearly, efficiently, and professionally
Reliable transportation
Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same
