We partner with Fortune 500 clients as an outsourced sales and marketing firm offering corporate promotions, sales, events, and campaigns to roll out new products, promotions, and technology to the Huntsville, AL area.
As a Marketing & Sales Specialist, you will:
Work towards hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Listen, understand, and take quick action. Like all of us, customers just want someone to listen and help get their problems solved.
Build and maintain customer relationships
Primary person responsible for customer sales follow-up
Implementation of the sales process
Contribute to the work environment by maintaining a positive attitude, promoting collaboration, and demonstrating a strong focus on teamwork
Practices suggestive selling, offering related items and accessories
Using professional sales concepts, such as greeting, building rapport, determining customer needs, presenting products, emphasizing features and benefits, overcoming objections, asking for the sale, excellent customer service, and follow-up
Maintain a professional appearance in keeping with current dress code
Experience is welcomed, but not necessary because we provide:

Requirements to be considered for this role:
1-3 years of customer service, retail or hospitality experience
Has great communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, tact, and a track record of success with customer-facing roles
Enthusiasm and aptitude for learning new skills
Ability to handle pressure, prioritize, and multi-task during a business day
Ability to stand or be on your feet for extended periods
