We are seeking a Customer Account Associate to join our team to manage business interactions and relationships between our clients and their customers. This position ensures customer loyalty by effectively managing the sales order process.
Job Duties Of The Customer Account Associate
Developing relationships with customers.
Understanding the customers’ needs and requirements.
Making sure the customer expectations are met.
Working with a team on issues and problems.
Generating new customer accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
Job Requirements Of The Customer Account Associate
1 to 3 years of Customer Service experience (preferred).
Ability to multi-task, react well under pressure, and treat others with respect.
Work efficiently and effectively, both independently and as a team.
