Job Description:

As Entry-Level Brand Ambassador, you will:

• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Listen attentively, understand customer needs, and provide prompt assistance.
• Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction.
• Take ownership of customer sales follow-up.
• Implement sales processes effectively.
• Foster a positive work environment by maintaining a collaborative attitude and promoting teamwork.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to recommend related items and accessories.
• Demonstrate professional sales concepts, including greeting customers, building rapport, presenting products, emphasizing features and benefits, overcoming objections, and providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the current dress code.

Experience and Training:

While experience is welcomed, it's not necessary as we provide:

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• 1-3 years of customer service, retail, or hospitality experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles.
• Enthusiasm for learning new skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
• Reliable transportation.
