Brand Ambassador

As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in the Rhino Media mission to promote and sell products and services within the home entertainment industry, including phones, TV bundles, internet packages, and more. This role involves in-person interactions with customers We do not engage in telemarketing or door-to-door sales. Rhino Media is committed to promoting from within, offering endless growth potential to our team members.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide an elevated level of service to our customers during in-person interactions.
- Offer product, service, and finance expertise tailored to meet the individual needs of customers.
- Engage with our clients and maintain professional follow-up procedures.
Requirements:
- Possess a strong drive, ambition, and passion for achieving sales goals and delivering an exceptional brand experience.
- Communicate professionally and in a timely manner with customers, associates, and corporate partners.
- Maximize your individual performance by accepting direction, coaching, and feedback.
- Actively participate in leadership opportunities and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: College education.
- Required: High School diploma or GED, or equivalent.
- Alternatively: 1-3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to effectively address and overcome customer objections.
- Willingness to work on a retail schedule, which may include weekends and evenings.
- Must be a local resident of Huntsville, AL, with reliable transportation.
