Entry Level - Full Time Sales Representative

IMPORTANT: Applicants must have living accommodations local to the area or moving to the area within the next two weeks. This is NOT a remote position.

You will:

• Be cross-trained in all major departments: strategic marketing, customer relations, promotional advertising, sales, retail development and team management

• Learn how to manage accounts for our clients and their customers

• Learn how to communicate effectively in a professional, fast paced environment

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our clients' product. This will be done by developing communication with clients and other team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Our ideal candidate will match the following criteria:

• Experience in the following fields: sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurant, bartending, sports, military

• Have a go-getter attitude and a desire to be the best

• Be incredibly coachable and open to learning and training 

• Be adaptable and ready to face and overcome challenges in their day to day

• Able to work full time hours

Things to note:

• All of our positions have a guaranteed hourly rate, plus weekly bonuses and incentives

• Our office is not all work, we have fun too! We go on team nights, company funded trips, and conferences.

• There will be opportunities to promote into leadership positions if desired.
