Job Description:
- Handle customer appointments inquiries
- Work comfortably in a retail environment
- Provide customers with information about wireless products and services
- Resolve product issues and concerns - resources are given to help you!
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services through on-going, paid training

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles desired, but NOT required
- Ability to build rapport with clients, prioritize, and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- 18 years or older and able to commute to the Huntsville, AL Area
