We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Practice Manager to join Agave Pediatrics, a 5-location Pediatric Medical Practice operating in the Greater Phoenix Area. This role is responsible for overseeing the successful operation and management of our 5 pediatric medical clinics, including site managers and support staff of nearly 100 employees throughout the organization.
[THIS POSITION REQUIRES A BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR 2+ Years Experience Managing a Multi-Location Pediatric Medical Practice)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across multiple clinics ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and upholding standards of care.
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligning with our mission of delivering the highest quality pediatric care available today.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a large team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting the values of Agave Pediatrics on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards, best practices, and maintaining records of such.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with ownership.
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals, patients, and stakeholders - and utilize seasoned interpersonal and management skills to motivate your team to deliver at the highest levels.
- Be available and communicate regularly with ownership and all staff.
- Work in collaboration with HR department to ensure that all staffing regulations & laws are upheld to the fullest extent.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably in private practice.
- In-depth understanding of private practice healthcare operations.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Other Relevant Information: Practice Management Department is seeking a Medical Practice Manager for Agave Pediatrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and administration of a busy pediatrics practice with 5 locations in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Practice Manager will lead a team of approximately 10 mid-level managers, with a combined staff of nearly 100 employees, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and operational efficiency & excellence are upheld. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with exceptional leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 per year.
