Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Wallpaper Hanger & Painter who embodies integrity, fairness, and craftsmanship. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, hanging wallpaper, painting interiors and exteriors, and ensuring exceptional results that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Wallpaper Installation: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper with precision, ensuring seamless application and long-lasting results.
Painting: Prepare surfaces, mix paints, and apply coats using professional techniques for smooth, durable finishes.
Surface Preparation: Patch, sand, and prime walls to ensure the highest-quality end product.
Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections, ensuring work meets industry standards and client expectations.
Customer Communication: Maintain transparent and informative communication with clients, explaining processes, timelines, and care instructions.
Problem-Solving: Address challenges with grace and accountability, finding effective solutions while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Respect & Cleanliness: Work respectfully in clients' homes and businesses, leaving workspaces spotless after completion.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest painting and wallpapering techniques, tools, and materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Wallpaper Hanger & Painter with a strong portfolio of work.
Strong knowledge of wallpaper types, adhesives, and painting techniques.
Excellent attention to detail, patience, and craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with integrity and fairness.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different job site conditions.
Commitment to respect, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
