Entry Level Program Manager

Salary Range:  $50000 - $55000 year

A Program Manager has the responsibility for building rapport within the community and within our client portfolio, coordinating sales teams to increase total overall revenue and improving the internal and external programs of an organization. We are a popular brand marketing and consulting firm based in the greater bay area and are looking for a Program Manager to join our expansion efforts. The Entry Level Program Manager will assist in managing our clients’ brand, customer acquisition, market research, targeting key demographics and driving net sales. Program Managers will represent our company, our clients, and their services and on a daily basis throughout the region.

 The Program Manager and our company’s goal at large is to market this brand/company better than its competitors. The main objective for the Program Manager is to grow our clients’ consumer/customer base to an even larger number than it already is. We are seeking someone who loves interacting with people and who is excited about individual, company and client growth.

Program Manager Position Includes: 


  • Product Representation: being an expert on the client and their overall mission statement. Fully comprehend our customer service and outreach standards and expectations, compliance policies, and the enrollment process
  • Brand Management: answering questions / providing specific product and service information 
  • Overall sales training and communication techniques: Build long-lasting relationships with customers that emphasize brand loyalty and provide them with essential communication tools
  • Team Building: Attend daily team meetings and actively contribute ideas on how to improve company processes and interactions with consumers
  • Position will include some general human resources and recruiting as we have a large projected growth rate for 2023. This will require promotion, upward mobility, and potential employee management.
  • Market Research and canvassing: knowing the overall region and having an understanding of the general demographics via territory management.

Requirements:

·      Marketing or branding background (preferred not required)
