We need a Practice Administrator that can lead our busy practice, hit production goals, and keep morale high. We need someone who can manage without micromanaging and knows how to run an effective and efficient team.

Also, we do a lot of specialty dentistry so we need an Practice Administrator that can market, is creative in running an office and loves to grow dental offices.

Our ideal Office Manager would:

• Know PPO insurance
• Able to schedule to production constantly and consistently
• Able to hit office goals
• Manage a team by setting office goals, holding team members accountable, and having fun every day
• Kind, caring, and assertive
• Loves dentistry and has a passion for it
