Showit is in search of a full-time Support Pro who is friendly, empathetic, self-motivated and extremely patient through stressful situations. This person will be responsible for answering customer support questions via text chat. Prior experience with customer service in technology is preferred but not a must.
What You’ll Be Doing
Answer incoming support questions via text using our in-app communication platform (Intercom)
Provide appropriate documentation / training videos for our clients to help them solve common issues
If needed, troubleshoot specific customer issues and explain the solution
Make it fun! Send emojis and GIFs to customers to make the experience fun and unique.
Be a part of our "on-call" emergency contact schedule to answer off-hours website emergency requests
Provide support to users in our Facebook group
