The Designer Community Administrator supports our Designer community by ensuring the delivery of clear communication, keeping our Design Partner application process timely and managing our Design Market.

Key Results Area #1: Moderate Designer Community

Performance Standards:

• Review posts in the online community to support users

• Ensure that content on the online designer community follows our standards

• Repost recorded events into the Video Library within the community

• Post scheduled events in the online designer community

• Coordinate scheduling with special guests for community events

Key Results Area #2: Manage Design Partner Program

Performance Standards:

• Review Design Partner applications

• Ensure that applicants proceed through the process in a timely manner

• Keep our Designer listing up to date through periodic check-ins with Design Partners

• Assist in coordinating designer community in-person events (DXP, Spark Conference) 

Key Results Area #3: Oversee Showit Design Market

Performance Standards:

• Make new designs active on the market after technical review is completed by the team

• Support Design Market Sales schedule and setup

• Keep all related articles on the designer community up to date (Design Market space)

• Create and manage design contest submissions 

• Review submissions in queue with technical review team
