To keep the sterilization area running in an orderly fashion, help with patient care where needed

(according to state regulations), make sure patients are treated with a “wow” experience every

time, maintaining sterilization zone to optimal levels of OSHA.

To become a fully trained Sterilization Tech, mastering all duties and tasks assigned within 90 days

post-employment start date and during the duration of employment.
