We're hiring! I need a highly motivated individual with leadership qualities and long-term career aspirations of advancing within the retail Wireless industry, for our Entry-level Management AT&T Retail Sales Professional opening. No experience is necessary-- Paid training is provided.
Chosen candidates will ultimately be responsible for the overall store management of our Shelton, Ansonia, and New Haven locations. Additional responsibilities include enhancing customer satisfaction, meeting sales, and profitability goals, as well as managing Team Members.
General:
- Capitalize on store traffic and optimize profitability by actively engaging customers through AT&T sales initiatives
- Stay sharp on Wireless product knowledge
- Meet personal and Team sales goals
- Train and motivate new Team Members
- Provide excellent customers service
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a well-organized work area
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build a career path
- Immediately rectify all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
- Additional store manager duties as needed
