Wireless Customer Service Representative

Salary Range:  $14 - $19 hour

We are a local marketing firm looking to employ a detail-oriented Wireless Customer Service Representative. Our company is responsible for developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships between our clients and their consumers; therefore the Wireless Customer Service Representative should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Primary duties include interacting with customers face to face to handle complaints, processing orders, and providing information about our clients' products and services. The Wireless Customer Service Representative will also attend daily meetings to further product knowledge and strengthen personal development in order to improve clientele knowledge and understanding.

Duties:

  • Greet customers, answer questions, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Act as the liaison between our clients and their consumers to promote a positive buying experience.
  • Maintain knowledge in regard to wireless technology, devices, and plans.
  • Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.
  • Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
  • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Maintain sales floor standards such as housekeeping and store presentation standards.
  • Establish new accounts for our clients while maintaining and servicing existing accounts.

  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Punctuality and consistent work attendance
  • Basic technical competence in Windows/iOS
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
