Salary Range:  $14 - $19 hour

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our business development department. The Customer Service Representative will connect daily with our customers and potential new leads. Our sales and business development department is instrumental to our client and our firm's success; therefore, we are looking to fill this position with someone who is reliable, self-managed, and eager to learn. Our team also guarantees paid training which will be provided for our entry-level Customer Service Representatives and will advise them throughout their existing careers with us.


Responsibilities:

Engage daily with potential new leads and provide impeccable customer support to each individual

  • Handle the complete cycle of sales from being educated on the account and the territory, scheduling appointments, and closing all deals
  • Generate new business
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge to each potential new lead and be prepared for any competitors, they may inquire about
  • Document and track various sales activities and trends within the region assigned.
  • Work within a team and guide if needed

  • Be able to work as a team but also independently if needed
  • Be adaptable and willing to work with newer clients or promotional offerings when they arise
  • Be willing to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, or prospective new client meetings
  • Must be committed to achieving goals in a team-based setting
