Our AT&T Sales Representative ensures a genuine customer experience that delivers results by selling to our customers' needs and positively impacting team sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer questions and describe product features.
- Create product awareness for various wireless products to generate a repeat customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance consumers' buying experience and drive profitable sales.
- Retain and utilize product knowledge to help consumers discover how our products meet their everyday needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
