The Entry Level Sales Representative’s main responsibility will be working face-to-face with customers in a retail setting in Shelton, North Haven, Southington, Waterbury, Wallingford, Ansonia, Fairfield, and Stratford, educating customers on our client’s current promotions and offering customer support.

Entry-Level Sales Representative Responsibilities: 

• Attending daily office meetings and training to stay up to date with client and industry promotions 
• Utilizing strong leadership skills to build a high-performance, cross-functional team environment. 
• Managing customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service. 
• Recognizing clients' needs and collaborating with team members to deliver results.

Entry-Level Sales Representative Job Requirements: 

• 1-2 years of customer service experience 
• Candidates who are serious about a long-term career in a growing industry 
• Competitive individuals with a student mentality 
• Sales and marketing experience is a plus but not required
