Salary Range:  $14 - $19 hour

A Customer Associate is now wanted for our Store's Team of Tech Experts. A confident, hardworking individual will be selected to ensure our shoppers always receive the best buying experience possible.

The ideal candidate possesses natural leadership qualities with a general concept of retail management practices. A readiness to learn the latest tech industry trends and techniques-- is considered a must.

  • Conduct day-to-day customer service procedures, policies, and strategies with a sense of urgency.
  • Kindly greet all customers.
  • Thoughtfully drive sales through shopper engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • De-escalate potential customer or employee issues and rapidly report matters to Management.
  • Frequently set customer satisfaction goals with Team Members.
  • Preserve accurate, detailed records of customer service activities and discussions.
  • Gauge sales statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
  • Support Management with hiring and training new Team Members.
  • Remain in the know on the latest tech industry gadgets.
