Inbound Sales Representative Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to offer our home service solutions

- Build rapport quickly and make customers feel great about their decision to work with us

- Present service options with clarity, highlighting urgency and value

- Collect basic customer information and schedule service calls

- Follow up with leads to close sales and ensure satisfaction

- Track and maintain customer interaction details in our system

- Conduct "happy checks" to ensure customers are satisfied with our service

Inbound Sales Representative Requirements:

- A great personality, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn

- People-oriented, with a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences
