**Responsibilities:**

- Manage a team of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical installers to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery

- Coordinate and oversee residential plumbing installations, repairs, and replacements

- Supervise electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations

- Develop comprehensive job material lists and take offs for plumbing and electrical projects

- Collaborate with team members to draw up plumbing and electrical schematics and plans

- Order plumbing and electrical equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications

- Monitor inventory of plumbing and electrical supplies and tools, replenishing as needed

- Facilitate daily replacements of truck stock for plumbing and electrical components

- Conduct pre-job meetings to review plumbing and electrical project requirements and allocate tasks accordingly

- Perform post-job inspections to assess plumbing and electrical work quality and address any issues promptly

- Ensure all plumbing and electrical installations are completed safely and efficiently

- Manage labor and materials to ensure plumbing and electrical projects are completed on time and within budget

- Maintain a 45% gross margin on plumbing and electrical installations

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in plumbing and electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting

- Strong understanding of residential plumbing and electrical systems

- Ability to design plumbing and electrical systems per industry standards and regulations

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Friendly personality with a sense of humor
