Salary Range:  $45000 - $65000 year

**What You’ll Do:**

- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time.

- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees with professionalism and clarity.

- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support overall payroll processes.

- Handle wage garnishments, deductions, and benefits administration.

- Assist with audits and prepare payroll reports as needed.


**What We’re Looking For:**

- Proven experience as a Payroll Coordinator or similar role.

- Strong understanding of payroll processes and relevant legal regulations.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in payroll software (experience with [specific software] is a plus).
