Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is seeking hardworking individuals to join our team as Air Duct Installers. We are looking for both experienced professionals and those eager to learn the trade. As an Air Duct Installer, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation systems for our valued customers. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems, including air ducts and associated components.

- Perform cleaning and adjustments to ensure optimal system performance.

- Conduct warranty services as needed.

- Complete routine maintenance tasks to prolong system lifespan and efficiency.

- Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer specifications.

- Maintain a detailed inventory of HVAC equipment and resources.

- Participate in technical training to enhance skills and stay updated on industry advancements.

Requirements:

• Must be able to install flexible ducting according to industry standards 
• Must be able to build air duct plenums out of Rigid Duct Board 
• Understand and use a basic duct sizing chart or Air Duct Calculator  
• Must be able to work in tight spaces and deal with extreme temperatures 
• Must have the basic tools of the trade in order to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Must be able to understand floor plan and duct drawings and install and deliver 5* customer service  
• Must be able to pass a drug test  
• Must have a valid driver's license
