Join our team as a Field Sales Representative and focus solely on closing deals with warm leads provided. With 3-4 leads per day, you will be responsible for visiting current customers, identifying service opportunities, and driving revenue growth. 

Responsibilities:

- Visit 3-4 pre-scheduled leads daily (no lead generation required)

- Close deals in person with a required 40% closing rate

- Engage with current customers to identify additional service opportunities

- Present and sell our range of home services to prospective customers

- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in field sales, preferably in home services

- Strong closing skills with a minimum 40% closing rate

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships

- Acceptable driving record

Compensation:

- Potential to earn well over $250K annually with a competitive commission structure
