The role of the Plumber/ Installer is to provide world class custom plumbing solutions for our clients. You will do so through the use of total immersion service systems and service systems software and option maker. The Plumber/ Installer will be responsible for following call by call management systems and procedures while ensuring best in class customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently to properly diagnose and solve plumbing issues for our customers.

Service Plumber Responsibilities

• Provide complete whole house plumbing diagnostics and solutions on every call
• Diagnose the systems and the family
• Provide 6 customized and relevant solutions on every call
• Offer low affordable monthly payment options with all solutions
• Ensure each call is brought to a conclusion with no loose ends
• Make sure everything has been scheduled
• Maintain good company image
• Maintain a 4.9 star rating on all review platforms including Google, Facebook and Yelp
• Maintain truck stock
• Maintain a positive work culture environment

Service Plumber Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of previous plumbing experience

• Must understand the tools of the trade: drain equipment, cameras, jetting, pro press, gas systems, sewer

  systems and water systems

• Valid driver’s license

• Clean driving record

• Reliable and self-motivated

• Excellent time management skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
