No prior HVAC experience? No problem! We're seeking individuals with minimal HVAC knowledge or no experience at all who are enthusiastic about learning the trade. This is your chance to break into a dynamic industry with full training provided by our experienced team.

If you're a hardworking individual with a willingness to learn and grow, we want to hear from you! As an HVAC Apprentice at Lickety Split, you'll have the opportunity to develop essential skills while assisting with installation, maintenance, and repairs of ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Basic understanding of mechanical systems (preferred but not required)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
