Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in start-up environments, excellent relationship building skills, and significant experience in skill trades, construction, or manufacturing industries. 4. Proven track record in compliance, including knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
5. Experience in setting up and scaling HR departments is a plus.
6. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
7. SHRM certification is strongly preferred.
