Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is looking to hire an HVAC Service Manager for our growing business. If you have the technical, sales and management skills needed to build and grow a 5 star service company, then this is the job for you!

Our ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and experienced HVAC Service Manager with the skills and desire to manage and grow a wonderful team while having fun in the process. Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC Department Profit and Loss

• Train and motivate a team of HVAC Technicians

• Understand and implement performance team concepts

• Recruit, hire and train plumbers

• Ensure complete customer satisfaction and maintain a 5 star service department

• Complete ride alongs with plumbers to ensure Total Immersion System is being executed on every call

• Daily management of dispatch board

• Call by call performance management

• Manage HVAC contract jobs

Requirements:

• Availability to work Monday-Friday within normal business hours and Saturdays as needed

• 5+ years plumbing experience

• Familiarity with HVAC code essential 

• Superior HVAC skills and desire to help in the service techs field as needed

• Ability to run service calls or assist in the field when needed

• Great troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

• Effective communication skills, good management skills and friendly personality

• Sense of humor

• Desire to grow the company and promote product education

• Want to promote positive company culture and make improvements

• Ethical, responsible and trustworthy

• Positive, patient and happy

• Clean cut, helpful, friendly and professional

• Ability to work as a team player and communicate well with customers 

• Pass employment background screening, drug testing and possess clean driving record

• Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing both residential and commercial HVAC systems preferred

• Familiarity with Service Titan software a plus
