Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is a leading company in the HVAC industry, providing top-notch air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services to our customers. We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Plumbing Operations Manager to join our team and run the day-to-day operations of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the daily operations of the company, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical departments
• Ensure efficient and effective workflow throughout all departments to meet customer demands and exceed expectations
• Coordinate and schedule service calls, installations, and repairs
• Manage and train technicians, ensuring they provide high-quality service and adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing of necessary equipment and supplies
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on operational performance, including financial analyses, to present to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managing role within an HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical home service business
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using computer software and systems related to operational management
• Valid driver's license
