Job Overview

They will be responsible for writing compelling job ads, keeping job descriptions up to date, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires. Additionally, they will oversee the training process to ensure all employees receive proper training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Write attractive and engaging job ads to attract qualified candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions for all positions
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
• Conduct pre-employment assessments and interviews
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Perform reference checks on potential candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize job offers and negotiate terms
• Develop and implement effective onboarding processes
• Create and deliver training programs for new hires
• Regularly update employee records and maintain HR databases
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruiter or in a similar HR role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write compelling job ads and update job descriptions
• Proven track record in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates
• Experience in conducting interviews and reference checks
• Knowledge of HR processes and legal requirements
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be a self-starter who takes initiative
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
