Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is looking to add an HVAC Selling Service Technician to our team. Our HVAC Selling Service Technicians are responsible for selling HVAC products and services, retaining the customer relationship and servicing our clients HVAC systems. You will travel to customer homes to identify issues, perform repairs and help them select the HVAC equipment that best meets their needs. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills along with a team driven attitude and strong sense of ownership over their work.

HVAC Selling Service Technician Responsibilities

• Establishing customer rapport with products and services

• Maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment

• Offering Customized and Relevant Solutions on every call

• Diagnose the customer as well as the system

• Complete diagnosis on the entire systems

• Forming accurate and complete sales proposals

• Educate prospective customers on products and services

• Maintain a strong closing rate

• Maintain a 4.9 star rating across all review platforms

• Make sure customer information is up to date in the CRM 

• Participate in training on the latest industry technologies

• Support team members and peers in achieving KPIs

HVAC Selling Service Technician Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• Clean driving record

• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating

• Previous HVAC sales experience is preferred 

• Reliable and self-motivated

• Excellent time management skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
