Job Description
As a Drain Cleaning Technician for Lickety Split, you will provide 5-star service to all our customers, while cleaning drains with high-pressure jetters, Picote, and snakes. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Performing drain cleaning and maintenance tasks using high-pressure jetters, Picote, and snakes
- Identifying and troubleshooting drain problems using cameras
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records of services performed
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Drain Cleaning Technician or similar role
- Proficient in using a Picote for drain cleaning
- Proficient in operating a High Pressure Jet machine
- Proficient in using various snakes for drain cleaning
- Good at identifying drain problems with a camera
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
