Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is looking to add a HVAC Lead Installer to our team. The HVAC Lead Installer will be responsible for replacing and installing heating and cooling systems, duct work, humidifiers, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment. The HVAC Lead Installer will travel to our client's properties to remove existing air conditioning and heating systems, and install new systems, following best trade practices.

To be a successful HVAC Lead Installer, you will need to be able to successfully replace HVAC Systems, in accordance with manufacture instructions, with little to no supervision.

HVAC Lead Installer Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform Residential HVAC System Replacements Daily

• Ability to Install HVAC Residential Ducting Systems .

• Understand proper refrigerant practices

• Maintaining a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources.

• Ensuring compliance with all safety standards

• Participating in technical training

• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements

HVAC Lead Installer Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Able to perform Residential HVAC Replacements Daily
• Willingness to learn and take correction
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• EPA Certified Type 1 and 2
