Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric has immediate openings for HVAC Sales Representatives. HVAC Sales Representatives will be responsible for managing their assigned sales territory and creating new service accounts. As an HVAC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for retaining the customer relationship, meeting HVAC requests, and ensuring that all customers receive outstanding customer service from all HVAC departments. 

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and relationship building skills along with a team driven attitude and strong sense of ownership over their work.

HVAC & Plumbing Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure Proper Lead turn over from Technicians

• Ensure each call is brought to a conclusion, Yes, No or Another Appointment

• Form accurate and complete sales proposals

• Help facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers

• Educate prospective customers on products and services

• Continually call on assigned accounts by company policy and procedure

• Maintain a 80% Close Rate On all Tech Turnover Leads

• Maintain a 40% Close Rate on all Marketed Leads

• Self Generate 10% of All Leads through Referrals

HVAC & Plumbing Sales Representative Requirements

• Valid driver’s license

• Clean driving record

•  Basic Knowledge of the HVAC, Plumbing and Pipe Lining Industry 

• Reliable and self-motivated

• Excellent time management skills

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
