Responsibilities:

As a Senior Home Services Sales Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward and maximizing sales opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

• Riding with our service technicians daily, learning how to identify opportunities and generate leads on every service call.

• Developing service calls into major purchases, providing customers with the best solutions for their HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical needs.

• Offering financing options to customers in real-time, facilitating seamless and immediate decision-making.

• Ensuring a short sales cycle by capitalizing on immediate installation options, with jobs completed on the same day or next day.

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets, with generous weekly commissions rewarding your success.

• Capitalizing on self-lead generation opportunities during service calls to expand your customer base and work the entire neighborhood.

• Collaborating with the team to maintain an outstanding customer experience and contribute to the company's overall success.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home services industry.

• Passion for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services, with a strong understanding of the products and their benefits.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with customers and close deals effectively.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, thriving on challenges and delivering exceptional results.
