Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is looking to add a HVAC Lead Installer to our team. The HVAC Lead Installer will be responsible for replacing and installing heating and cooling systems, boilers, duct work, humidifiers, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment. The HVAC Lead Installer will travel to our client's properties to install, maintain and repair their HVAC systems.

To be a successful HVAC Lead Installer, you will need excellent organizational and problem-solving skills as well as strong attention to detail. Customer satisfaction, safety, and comfort should be your highest priority for success in this role. 

HVAC Lead Installer Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing customer's ventilation, air conditioning systems, and equipment

• Diagnosing HVAC systems for electrical and mechanical defects.

• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems and performing warranty services

• Maintaining a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources.

• Ensuring compliance with all safety standards

• Participating in technical training

• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements

HVAC Lead Installer Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Previous HVAC experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and take correction
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
