Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is looking to add some hard working HVAC Apprentices to our growing team. The HVAC Apprentice will assist our HVAC Technicians with identifying issues, performing repairs and helping clients select the HVAC equipment that best meets their needs. This position will combine job specific technical training as well as structured on the job experience. The ideal HVAC Apprentice should be eager to start a career in HVAC and gain industry knowledge through hands-on experience.

Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills and will prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our customers. HVAC Apprentice Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in service and installation technical training

• Assist HVAC technicians with service and installation work

• Ensure compliance with service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements

• Keep a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources

• Assist with parts, tools, delivery and installation at each job site

HVAC Apprentice Requirements

• Valid driver's license

• Clean driving record

• Willingness to learn and take correction

• Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Previous experience is not necessary - we are willing to provide full training for the right candidate!
